The role
As a Pest Control Technician, you’ll deliver high-quality pest management services across our established customer base. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Building strong relationships with clients and providing trusted solutions.
Identifying, managing, and resolving pest problems.
Completing clear written reports and documentation for industry auditors.
Supporting other areas of the business, gaining experience across a variety of pest species.
What we’re looking for
We want enthusiastic and driven individuals who are eager to succeed in this challenging but rewarding industry. Ideally, you’ll already hold Level 2 in Pest Management and have audit compliance knowledge, but don’t worry if not—we provide a comprehensive training programme for the right candidate.
You’ll also need:
Good fitness and the ability to work independently.
A full manual UK driving licence (no more than 3 points).
A DBS check.
Strong communication and literacy skills.
A confident, organised, and professional manner.

Salary: Negotiable, dependent on experience
