I’m Brian Robinson, I am EPM’s Commercial Director. I have been resolving client’s complex pest issues and finding solutions for over 28 years. In this challenging financial climate I am utilising EPM’s agility and my commercial knowledge to provide our clients with Pest Management Solutions that are competitively priced and exceed our customers expectation.
Neil Wotherspoon
Operations Director
I’m Neil Wotherspoon, I am the Operations Director here at EPM. For over 30 years I have led various teams to deliver quality Pest Management solutions and resolve complex pest situations both in the UK and around the world. As you can see in my image, Including war zones. Therefore, you could say I’ve “Been There, Done That and Worn the Helmet”. It is my job to ensure your service is delivered on time and to the standard you would expect from a leading provider of Pest Management Services.
Phil Hoggard
Company Biologist
I’m Phil Hoggard. I have been in the pest management industry for over 35 years. I have worked alongside the manging director and other EPM staff members many years previous and was delighted to be given the opportunity of joining EPM in 2019. I am one of the Biologists and it is my job to support your local technicians in ensuring you receive the best possible service.
Wayne Dunbar

I began my pest control career with a national company back in the early 90’s alongside Mick and several other members of the EPM team. When Mick started EPM I didn’t hesitate to join him in 2010.Throughout my time with EPM, I have covered all aspects of the job and provided quality pest management services for major brands and manufacturing sites throughout the country. During my 27 years in the business, I have carried out various roles to include Biologist and Auditing work. I love working at EPM and thoroughly enjoy meeting customers and ensuring we are fully compliant and achieving good third party audit results. The majority of my spare time is usually spent doing DIY and, as many of my clients are aware, (Favourite topic of conversation) I am also a keen motorcyclist.
Michelle Daubney
Finance Administrator
I am Michelle and I joined Elite Pest Management in August 2021. I have never worked in the Pest management Industry so knew very little about the job at the time. I thoroughly enjoy my job here at EPM, it can be different daily which is great and I love how fabulous our team is. My job can be varied working for EPM, however, my main duties and responsibilities are related to the company accounts.
Andy Paton
Company Biologist
I joined the industry back in August 2008 and was trained by both Mick Kilburn and Wayne Dunbar. Unfortunately, the acquisition train kept calling and found myself working as a trainee Biologist at Green Compliance. I then spent the next 9 years working for another national company, carrying out pest control services for key clients audited by BRC, M & S, Tesco etc. I continued to gain experience and knowledge and eventually achieved accredited & Technical Inspector during my time with them. I always knew I would find myself working with Mick again but this time at EPM. Mick always focused on ensuring the client received a quality service and made sure his staff was given the time to achieve that. I have recently achieved my Biologist certification and have gained experience in auditing which I particularly enjoy.

I’m Scott Donnell. I have been in the pest management industry for over 30 years. I have worked alongside Mick and several other EPM staff members throughout my time in this industry. Colette Carpenter

I’ve been working in the Pest industry since March 2020 and have previously worked at two large pest control companies. Learning a new trade during a global pandemic was interesting and challenging to say the least! But I love being presented with a problem and investigating to find the root cause and solution there isn’t anything more satisfying! In my spare time I play football for a local grassroots team and enjoy spending time with my partner and two dogs!
