Introducing Our Paperless E-signature Sign-Up Process
We have used a paperless approach for several years but now we have gone one step further by keeping the documents online whilst with the client and when back in the office. Using new Adobe software we now have a slick process so that once you sign up to one of our pest management plans you can sign it digitally and we can counter sign it in the office. It then gets allocated to the right folder and stored on our cloud system.

It adds another layer of protection in making our GDPR compliance super sustainable and it also takes us closer to our paperless office goal.
Going Paperless
As a company we have increased our drive to reach a paperless office. This means doing more of our collaborations using online software, keeping forms, documents and certificates online. The new website brought with it a client area so that all the documents our clients need can be downloaded digitally. This area will grow as more of our training documents are uploaded and we streamline our onboarding process.
In conjunction with this step we have also reduced our carbon footprint by doing more virtual meetings between team members. The use of Microsoft Teams and Zoom during lockdown changed the way we approached meetings, like many companies. It is now common practice to do catch-ups and project discussions digitally. The client face-to-face aspect is still essential in our line of work, but we have recently purchased our first hybrid vehicle making a move towards more sustainable enegry sources.
Our hub has been in Lincolnshire since we started but we operate throughout the country and some of our advisors see very little of our home county. Here are a few of the places we currently cover with active projects and maintenance contracts:
