Growth
We have welcomed new team members and continue to upgrade our process and the equipment used to carry out pest management. This makes us more efficient, more environmentally sustainable as a company and it also takes us around the UK servicing our happy clients. The big contracts give us new challenges and as the team develops with regular training we have also made a point of staying just as diligent and attentive with our smaller clients. EPM has grown but we are taking the same values with us to every new office, warehouse, garage and factory door.
We are a close-knit approachable team. Our team Whatsapp is a sounding board for issues, birthday messages, new starter introductions and workplace banter that keeps us all humble. If you cannot have a laugh at work then you are spending too much of your time with the wrong people!
Our hub has been in Lincolnshire since we started but we operate throughout the country and some of our advisors see very little of our home county. Here are a few of the places we currently cover with active projects and maintenance contracts:
