Winners! Small Company of the Year

Winner
Small Company of the Year
National Pest Awards 2024

Firstly, we would like to extend a big congratulations to the other finalists:

Small Company

of the Year

EPM

John O’Conner

Tornado Pest Control

It was an honour to compete with the best.

As a team, we are thrilled, and this has only been possible because of how effectively we all work together to deliver something special to our clients. A big thank you to the people who make us drive harder and seek more sustainable ways of doing things, bringing more excellent analysis, treatment plans and eco solutions to the businesses they represent.

Growth

As mentioned in our last post, we continue expanding and reaching new UK areas. Our latest technician will join us next week and support our clients in Essex. This ensures a quick national response and communication with familiar faces who know their local areas.

Alongside team expansion, EPM strives for ecological gains in treatments and a more digital relationship with clients. The friendly voice on the end of the phone must always be available, but in a fast-paced world where time is a finite resource, our information is immediately accessible. The online section of the website makes forms downloadable at the press of a button and keeps that aspect of the business paper-free. The e-signature contracts make signing up with EPM a simple step after the details are agreed upon. This is a rapidly evolving business side, with innovations just around the corner.

A Final Thank You

Thank you to those who joined us in celebrating the win on Wednesday, 11th September. Thank you to everyone who wished us luck and, in particular, the client recommendations that supported our entry.

It is a big moment for EPM, and we are happy to communicate this important achievement.

Mick Kilburn, company director, would like to add:

“I am so very proud of the team and the company we have built together. It is a collaborative effort, and I couldn’t have done it without everyone driving in the same direction. Today is a moment to celebrate. We should all stop and enjoy a rare look at what we have achieved before we work towards the next milestone Thank you!”

Our hub has been in Lincolnshire since we started but we operate throughout the country and some of our advisors see very little of our home county. Here are a few of the places we currently cover with active projects and maintenance contracts:
